T

he unhealthy eating habits of the people lead them to suffer from many diseases. In this modern world, where every individual has to work day and night. It is very difficult for him to maintain a proper diet which ultimate effect the health of the people and they have to suffer from many physical disorder. The increasing work pressure on the people are effecting their fitness level and this is also increasing by the modern trend of consuming fast food, so the fitness awareness become the most important task that all the people should known about. There are different ways by to adopt the fitness exercises which are of different types and there are various ways to these fitness exercises. We do these fitness exercises at different places, like we can join the gym, health centre or there are various are places which can help us to gain our physical fitness. One of the main fitness trends that are used by many people to attain the perfect figure of the body by doing the exercise in the flow of music that is really effective and relaxing. We can also define aerobic exercise by the use of which the consumption level of the body can be enhanced. if we go in the meaning of the word aerobic it is related with the air specifically to the oxygen and body’s metabolic or we can say the power to generate energy by the use of oxygen gas.

There are many forms and types or way to do aerobic exercises which are basically executed for the expanded time period with the intensity at the moderate level. There is basically a particular way to perform the aerobic exercise to get the best result out of it, it include the two important session that are warming session and the cooling session, where the warming exercise are done in the starting and the cooling session is done at the end, which should be done for at least twenty minutes at the moderate flow that include all the large muscle group of the body. In the aerobic exercise many common exercise are also involved like running at a moderate speed for a long distance and for the long time, whereas the other type of aerobic exercise is directly opposite of it that is sprinting, which is used in many sports, so we can say that aerobic exercise is inherent in many sports like tennis, basket ball, foot ball and in many other speedy games. There are many other types of aerobic exercise which are performed to advance the strength, fitness and capacity of the body. The other benefits of the aerobic exercise can be stated as follow:

It helps the heart in strengthen and efficiency of the circulatory system of the body.

It helps in toning the over all muscle of the body.

It helps in reducing the blood pressure of the body and also improves the in Enlarging the muscle of heart and too many extents help the efficiency of pumping of the heart and it also decreases the heart rate
